Exercise- Physical exercises has several benefits. It controls your weight, improves blood circulation, enhances digestive system, etc. Everyday, a brisk 2-mile walk will help you to stay healthy.
Yoga and Meditation- Yoga and meditation is a great way to stay healthy. It melts away your worries and keeps your mind relaxed. It also enhances your general health. Meditation heals your body, mind and soul.
