Balancing Family Life With Your CareerExcessive work on your plate? Feeling like your life is imbalance? In a hectic schedule, how do you fit roles such as mother, wife? The biggest challenge in our life is to balance the demands of career, friends and family. However, with proper planning, balance is possible.

Set your priorities. The foremost step to attaining balance is to make your family agree on what the priorities should be. It is essential to learn to manage your time well, by devising proper lists and setting priorities. Stop juggling and struggling!

Each night spend some time seeding your brain with the top priority task you have to outset the next day. Be certain to include leisure time with your family and  for yourself as one of your topmost priorities. Every night make your brain figure out a plan as “where” , "when," and on "what" to work. This will seed your brain with good solutions and will also keep you distracted from low priority activities. Develop clear-cut priorities. Use the 20/80 rule; "do it," or "depute it" or "dump" it to focus on the most precious 20 percent to 33 percent of any task. Accept the hard fact that you cannot do it all and, by and large, don’t need to. Do not have an "open-door policy." Let your subordinates know and understand when you are available for meetings and calls. Make your co-workers realize that your time is precious.

It is not at all difficult to manage family life and career life if you have done a proper planning.
